Returns & Refunds
We adhere to the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, giving you a 14-day right of withdrawal. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Condition of the item
You have the right to unpack and inspect the product. However, for a full refund, the item must be returned in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and preferably in its original packaging. If the product has been handled more than necessary to determine its function or characteristics, we reserve the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the reduction in value.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized products (goods made to your specific order, measurements, or clearly personalized). These items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

How to return
To start a return, contact us at info@leviou.com. You as the buyer are responsible for the return shipping cost. We will provide instructions on where to send your package.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you will be refunded on your original payment method. The refund includes the original shipping cost (standard delivery), but not the return shipping cost. Please allow some time for your bank to process the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective or damaged, contact us immediately at info@leviou.com so we can solve the issue free of charge.
