What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, we will send you another email containing a tracking link. You can also track the status of your order from the "Order History" section on your account page.

Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. To make changes to your order, please reach out to our support team immediately via the "Contact Us" form or Live Chat.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, for standard items we have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item should have its tags attached and preferably be in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
    Exception: Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective. To request a return, please contact us via the "Contact Us" form or Chat box.

How do I cancel my order? For custom/personalized items:
You can cancel your order within 72 hours of purchase, provided that production has not yet started. After this time (or once production begins), cancellations are not possible as the item is being made specifically for you. For standard items: You may cancel your order at any time before it ships. How do I track the progress of an order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or text notification with details. You can track the shipment by clicking on the link provided in the notification.

Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?
If your order has not been shipped yet, we can update the delivery address. Please contact us immediately through the "Contact Us" form.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card at this website?
Yes. We use third-party payment processing services to handle all transactions. These intermediaries are PCI-compliant, ensuring that all cardholders’ data is stored, processed, and transmitted securely using industry-standard encryption technology.

Will I be charged customs or import taxes? EU Customers:
No, if you are located within the European Union, no extra fees apply (prices include VAT). Non-EU Customers (e.g., UK, USA, Norway): Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your destination country. Leviou is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the buyer.
